In the Beginning

It starts with a family of two parents and three smallish kids living on a small farming property in Kilcoy which is located in South East Queensland. We home school our children and find it great for the kids as they can work at their own pace and get to think about their school work outside the box.

We have a number of animals on our farm. We have both dairy cattle and beef cattle. We have dairy goats which we milk daily and make fresh goats milk soap with. Our customers love it!! We have chooks, ducks, turkeys, geese and quails, and in that equation, we have many different breeds of each. We have a pet bird, some fish and also some guinea pigs. It keeps us busy and we love them all heaps!!


We plan on growing as much produce as we can both for us and for supplementing our animals diet to keep us all healthy. Fortunately we have access to bore water as it can get quite dry here in Kilcoy. The bore water has its issues though, and can only be used in smaller amounts as it is rather salty. But, it is better than nothing at all and we are thankful.

With Lenitia being a Naturopath, we come across many products that we find to be beneficial and useful and as a result we stock them in our online shop. Our product range grows constantly and we are always on the lookout for new things to stock that may benefit others as it does with us. We plan on uploading many photos onto the site especially of our animals and our big vegie patch. Follow our journey to trying to become as self sufficient as possible as we share our experiences and product with you.
